FAQs

  • Memberships are 99.00 per month per adult, billed monthly to your credit or debit card. Adult members can include up to two children (under 26 years old) free per family. Additional children are only 15.00 per month each.

    If you choose to pre-pay annually, you will receive two months free (total= 990.00 per adult, reducing the cost to 82.50 per month) including up to two children free per family.

    A one-time 99.00 registration fee per adult is charged at sign-up. You may cancel anytime. If you re-enroll later, there is a 99.00 re-enrollment fee. Membership is subject to space availability.

  • A: Whether you have Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, it doesn't guarantee great access to a doctor. Many members pair their 77 Wellness membership with a high-deductible insurance plan or supplement, saving on premiums while gaining access to all our services.

    77 Wellness does not accept or require insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. We recommend discussing your situation with one of our membership specialists.

  • A: By not accepting insurance, we eliminate time spent on billing, coding, and reimbursements. We also limit the number of patients per provider to about one-third of a typical primary care practice. This allows our providers to focus on providing quality care during longer, unhurried appointments.

  • A: No. We only share your records if you specifically request it. Your private health information stays between you and your provider.

  • A: Yes, but children without an adult membership are charged the same registration and monthly fees as adults.

  • A: No. Think of our services like a gym membership. Your membership provides access to the clinic and its services, but it doesn’t cover third-party services (e.g., specialists, emergency rooms, or hospitalizations). We recommend maintaining health insurance for services beyond what we provide.

  • A: Accepting insurance takes time and resources away from patient care. By not accepting insurance, our providers focus on your wellness without needing permission to order necessary tests. This also allows us to negotiate wholesale prices with labs and pharmacies.

  • A: No. You can cancel anytime without fees. However, there are no refunds for fees already paid. Re-enrollment requires a 99.00 fee, and membership is subject to space availability.
